• You can send or receive LINE/SKYPE messages.
• You can call/use video communication online on 3G but it also depends on the situation. For the most parts, 3G is unable to support high quality online calls, the intermittent situation may happen.

• When the SIM is delivered, the international cards you purchased will be sent by e-mail.
• If you do not receive the e-mail, please check the spam box.
• If you still do not receive the e-mail, it may be blocked (Usually, Hotmail, Yahoo tend to block letters). Please contact us if this happens.
• While the e-mail is sent, it means you have received the SIM card. If you want to exchange or return, please do it within 7 days.

• Before refill, please confirm your number is still valid and you are the original number holder. There is no refund if we find that the number is invalid or the number is transferred to other people after topping up.
• Please confirm your switched plan before recharge. If the recharged  amount  is deducted by the monthly plan, it is impossible to switch plans within the month.
• Placing an order and filling the appointed number mean you agree and authorize CT to purchase refill cards for you and there will be no refund.

The way to wet APN is as follow:

settings->normal->internet->mobile networks->tap the APN field

Each mobile phone has different SIM size, SIM kit will be unavailable to insert if the size is wrong.
Please take out your SIM and check before purchasing

1.SIMCARD:25mm x 15mm
2.MicroSIM:15mm x 12mm
3.Nano SIM:12.2mm x 8.8mm

If your departure date is changed, please contact us via e-mail at least 5 days before your arrival date.
Usually we will activate the cards 1-2 days prior to the arrival date, but some special card will be activated earlier (It does not affect the valid time).
Once it is activated, it is impossible to stop, exchange or return. If you want to change your schedule, please contact us at least 5 days before your departure day.

The activation methods are varied from different prepaid cards. Please refer to product description pages.
Usually we will activate the card and notice the phone number 1~ 2 days before your arrival date.
There will be a few prepaid cards should be activated by yourself.
